How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost will vary based on the volume of the order and the destination area. The shipping amount will always be shown to you at checkout and before you finalize the order, where you can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. How long will it take for my order to be processed?

The shipping times for an order depend on the type and availability of the items you have chosen. Most of our products are made to order specifically for you, therefore delivery times may vary depending on the availability of raw materials and on external factors not attributable to our company.

The average production timeframe for our products is 3 to 10 weeks.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. No compensation for direct or indirect damages may be claimed for non-delivery or delayed delivery.

The customer is always informed about the shipping status via email message or free SMS to notify them immediately when:

  1. the order has been taken in charge;
  2. the goods have been dispatched.

Please note that bank transfer requires an additional 48h of verification. If your order includes items with different delivery times. If your order includes items that require special care during transport, we will use specialized couriers whose delivery times may vary compared to the standard times indicated. Who handles shipping my package?

Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered via the best couriers available on the market, who will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to them. In the case of shipments that require special care during transport, specialized couriers will be used, who will provide a phone pre-notification service to arrange the delivery with you.

Can I request shipping outside Italy?

Of course, Divani.Store ships throughout Europe. Enter the destination country during the purchase process, or send a request to info@divani.store indicating the destination area and we will provide you with all the information you need. Please remember that some international shipments require the payment of customs fees, which will be your responsibility. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to write to support@divani.store

What should I do when my order is delivered?

We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery. Verify that the number of packages matches what is indicated on the delivery note; also check the integrity of the packaging and any signs of tampering or anomalies compared to the integrity of the contents. In case of anomalies, write “Accepted with reservation” on the carrier’s delivery note when signing and write to support@divani.store with the delivery details. Please remember that you have 14 days to report any discrepancies and file a complaint. After this deadline, we will no longer be able to accept complaints or reports.

Remember: the carrier is not a direct employee of Divani.Store, therefore any damage or error must be reported to both. Any note not reported, if it reduces the value of the product, will be the customer’s responsibility.
