Terms and conditions of use for UGC publications (user-generated content)
It’s wonderful to discover how our products fit your space and style needs. Thank you for bringing our products to life with your personality and for being part of our community. We would be very happy to share your fantastic photos across our various communication channels. That’s why sometimes we may ask you to share these images on our website www.divani.store and on all our other communication channels.
How does it work?
By replying to our request with the hashtag #yesdivanistore you give us consent to share your photos across all our digital and offline channels for as long as you want. The photos are mainly published on the respective product pages of our website to allow our customers to preview how they can be used in real-life settings, or the images may be published in the "My Divani.Store" gallery on our blog. Sometimes they may also be published on one of our other channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and newsletters and in some cases in our social ads. Homit Srl, owner of the Divani.Store brand, will select the images that best match the spirit of the brand and that showcase Divani.Store products. Homit Srl has no obligation to use the photos, and the photos must not violate applicable laws.
What do we offer you?
Free advertising on our communication channels and on our website. You will be credited every time we use one of your images. Remember that the photo always remains your property and that you can revoke authorization at any time you wish. To request the removal of a photo, simply click the “report” button at the bottom right of the photo.
Terms and Conditions
If you respond to our request to publish your content, you accept the following Terms and Conditions for the use of images:
You declare that you are over the age of fourteen and grant HOMIT Srl (licensee of the Divani.Store brand) a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to the use and sharing of your image for marketing and/or advertising purposes through our public communication channels—both digital and offline—including the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish your photo. This authorization will end when you decide to withdraw your consent. You also declare that you are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the material you have submitted and that you have obtained prior consent from any other person over the age of fourteen who appears in the image or, if the image shows minors under the age of fourteen, that you have obtained prior consent from all persons who hold parental responsibility for those minors.
Your profiles must be "public" to allow us to see your photos. Otherwise, your photo will not be visible and cannot be selected.
